These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd's website and advertising services. By enquiring about, booking, or using our advertising inventory, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd provides digital out-of-home (DOOH) and out-of-home (OOH) advertising inventory, including but not limited to airport LED video walls, jet bridge branding, baggage claim screens, digital screens, billboards, transit advertising, and mall advertising across our network in Nepal. Availability, specifications, and rates for specific locations are provided on request and are subject to change.

2. Bookings & Campaigns

Campaign bookings are confirmed only upon written agreement (including email or WhatsApp confirmation) between the client and Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd, covering the specific inventory, flight dates, creative specifications, and pricing. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking prior to confirmation.

3. Advertising Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring submitted advertising creative complies with applicable Nepali law and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content. Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or remove creative that violates this policy, applicable regulations, or airport/venue operator guidelines, without liability for resulting delays.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits and invoicing schedules, are set out in the individual campaign agreement. Late payment may result in suspension of an active campaign.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd name, logo, and site design, is the property of Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. Advertising creative supplied by clients remains the property of the client, who warrants they hold the necessary rights to use and display it.

6. Limitation of Liability

Smart Media & Technology Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advertising services, including but not limited to technical outages, weather-related disruption to static inventory, or airport/venue operational changes outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
